Gateway Utd FC of Ogun State, this Thursday intensified preparations towards the commencement of the 2019 Bet9ja NNL season. The team was earlier scheduled to play a pre-season friendly against Ultimate FC of Lagos on Thursday but was called off as a result of the unavailability of the opponent who couldn't make it to Abeokuta in time for the match. Speaking to the GUFC Media Team after a  training session which saw the team divided into Team A vs Team B match, Coach Akeem Busari said the atmosphere in camp is not too dull or too high. Rivers United's striker Wasiu Jimoh will be playing against his state's team Kwara United today,  6th of February, 2019 in one of the Match Day seven fixtures in Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL billed for Liberation Stadium, Port Harcourt today.
