Technical Adviser of Remo Stars Football Club, Fatai Osho has indicated that the draw against Shooting Stars of Ibadan will motivate his side going into the home match against Kano Pillars. Speaking with his club Media team ,Osho says the game will help instill confidence into his wards. Nigeria Professional Football League side Remo Stars Football Club of Sagamu announce the departure of quadruple players to European club CD Feirense of Portugal today.  Edward Abubu, Gbadamosi Ibrahim, Ofufu N. Ibeh and Dayo Femi all completed a move to the Portuguese side for an undisclosed fee. The players represented the U19 side of the Sky Blue Stars in last year's Metro Pro League with Ofufu N. Ibeh emerging as the highest goalscorer of the League with 20goals. Edward Abubu and Dayo Femi featured for the side in the defensive position while Ibrahim Gbadamosi played as an attacker.

Victor Mbaoma's 50th minute goal against Shooting Stars secured a point for the Sky Blue Stars on the road in Match Day 10 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) in Ibadan. Remo Stars Football Club has tasted the second defeat of the campaign at home in the hands of Niger Tornadoes in MatchDay seven fixture of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) played in Sagamu. The Sky Blue Stars had the first chance to score against Niger Tornadoes but Mustapha Aliko stopped Daniel Okorie after a good pass from Ekene Awazie. Ekene Awazie was presented another chance to give Remo Stars the lead in the early minutes but his effort went off target. An 84th minute strike from Newman Musa ensured Akwa United Football Club their first win of the season against Remo Stars Football Club in the week 6 of the Nigeria Professional Football League. Both sides started brightly in the early minutes of the game before  Christian Pyagbara got the chance to put the host ahead in the fifth minute but his header hits the side netting.  Oche Salefu brought his best to play in the seventh minute after getting a good pass from Saheed Lasisi but Otobong Effiong stopped him from getting an equaliser for the Sky Blue Stars. Some minutes later, Oche Salefu picked up the ball from Akwa United's Ariwachukwu Emmanuel and tries to set up Victor Mbaoma as Akwa goalie Femi Kayode responded quickly to cut the pass at the edge of the box. Stephen Odey's 48th minute audacious strike gave Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club their first away victory of the season against Sunshine Stars FC in Sunday's Matchday 6 fixure of the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) played at the Akure Township Stadium. Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu and his wards who muscled out a point with Shooting Stars in their last away game in Ibadan went all out for the maximum three points on Sunday and it was well delivered courtesy of a fine strike from league top scorer Odey, who netted his fifth goal of the season in four NPFL matches. SHOOTING STARS SPORTS CLUB OF IBADAN beats Rivers United 2-1 to ends their five matches unbeaten run in Nigeria Professional Football League matchday 6 at Lekan Salami Stadium , Adamasingba, Ibadan . The Oluyole Warlord scored the first goal of the game through young star Sunday Faleye on the 17minute after Rivers United defenders fail to clear from corner kick.
