BATTLE OF TWO EAGLES PLAYER IN TURKEY SUPER LEAGUE

Turkish Super will today(Sunday) witness the battle between two Nigerian Super Eagles player as Emanuel Emenike's Fenerbahce host Raheem Lawal's Eskisehirspor at the  Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadyumu (İstanbul).

The Nigerian forward Emenike fired blanc in their 1-1 draw away at Bursaspor last weekend. He has scored two goal so far this season scoring on the opening fixture of the season against Karabukspor and Besiktas early this month.

Raheem Lawal will also be hoping his fine form continue in front of goal after he netted his debut goal for the Eskisehir base team against Balikesirspor on the 3rd of this month and scored his second goal in colour of Eskisehirspor last weekend in their home win against Kayseri Erciyespor.

Fenerbahce are 3rd on the league table with 20points while Eskisehirspor are 14th on the 18 team log with 11points.

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, Monday evening in Ijebu-Ode, emerged the winner of the maiden Governor Dapo Abiodun Pre Season Tournament. Cup holders Nigeria will defend their Africa U23 Cup of Nations title in Egypt in November after the Olympic Eagles secured a robust 5-0 win over their Sudanese counterpart in the final qualifying leg at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba on Tuesday evening.
