Super Eagles To Play Cameroon And Congo Next Month



Nigeria Football Federation(NFF) president Amaju Pinnick hinted that Coach Sunday Oliseh tutored side Super Eagles will be active on a FIFA international free day next month, by lining up friendly match for the Nigeria Senior team against fellow Africans countries, Congo and Cameroon in Belgium. 
Speaking on Lagos Base Television station, Channels TV Sports program, Sports This Morning, the NFF boss confirmed that the Eagles will trade tackles with Congo in Antwerp on October 8th and slug it out with Cameroon three days later in Brussels. ‎

"I can confirm that we will play against Congo on October 8 in Antwerp and against Cameroon on October 11 in Brussels, " Amaju Pinnick said on Monday. 

The Delta State born football administrator Pinnick stated again that Super Eagles will be playing another friendly match against North Africa country either Tunisia or Algeria on an undisclosed date. ‎ 
Nigeria are preparing for the 2018 World Cup qualifiers which kick off against either Djibouti or Swaziland in November.

The Eagles are also looking to get into better shape before facing Egypt in a 2017 Africa Cup of Nations double header in March next year.
