This also means that points ganered by clubs that played My People have been duly deducted ,this is as currently and appropriately reflected in the latest Southern Conference log.

Aside the five (5) year ban ,My People FC will pay a fine of N5,000.000,00 (Five Million Naira) to the coffers of NNL for bringing the game into disrepute.

'We had on several occasions warned against developments like this and the clubs  agreed in our Congress to finish the League or face sanctions that could arise in the case of pulling out or failure to honour matches accordingly, what we have done was to apply the rule following established case of My People ' Katken stated.
Katken, quipped further that situation like that of My People is not an alien development in the second tier League which is still evolving but that it was imperative that NNL did the needful.
